Community-centered designer, evaluator, and facilitator working for just and equitable futures
About Us
Integra is a consultancy specializing in learning and strategy for power-building and systems change efforts.
Our approach is grounded in inclusive and participatory methods, centering the people and places at the heart of the work. Our goal is to create spaces and processes that strengthen the relationships, networks, and dynamics within organizations and their ecosystems. We work alongside our partners to reflect, learn, and design with intention.
We work in both English and Spanish, and collaborate with a diverse network of consultants, including designers, researchers, facilitators, and subject-matter experts.

It was an absolute delight to work with someone so aligned with our desire to center community voices, and so adept in designing facilitation spaces that honor safety, respect, diversity of perspectives, and meaningful dialogue for change. These resulted in a set of excellent recommendations for how we, and our co-funders, might understand and fulfill our specific role in elevating and supporting the regional power-building ecosystem…I deeply appreciate Laura for the intelligence, heart, deep experience, flexibility, and excellence of craft she brings to her work.

Former Director of Learning and Evaluation at Silicon Valley Community Foundation
